The study area is bounded by the Loop 101/Agua Fria-Pima freeways on the north, Loop 101/Pima-Price Freeways on the east, the Gila River Indian Community on the south, and the 99th Avenue-Loop 101/Agua Fria Freeway corridor on the west. This study includes portions or all of the Cities of Phoenix, Tolleson, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, and the Town of Guadalupe. This study will develop a multi-modal transportation framework for the study area that will likely be implemented at multiple jurisdictional levels. The successful respondent in this Request for Proposal (RFP) process may, at MAG’s discretion, also be retained to complete additional phases of this project. Future phases of the project will be the subject of separate contracts to be authorized at a future date by MAG. The first phase of the project will be completed in a maximum of 12-months from the date of notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $600,000. Detailed proposal requirements may be obtained by contacting the MAG Office at the address indicated below or may be downloaded by using the link below, under resources.
