Phoenix, Arizona The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) will conduct a public hearing on the Draft 2009 Annual Report on the Status of the Implementation of Proposition 400. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments. The draft document is available for review at the MAG Offices, third floor, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on the MAG Web site by using the link below, under resource. Public comments are welcomed at the hearing, or may be submitted in writing via e-mail, fax or direct mail by 5:00 p.m., November 9, 2009. Comments received at the hearing will be transmitted to MAG policy committees for review and information.
